About Airsoft Shien
Our Mission: Preserving History Through Precision Engineering
At Airsoft Shien, we bridge the gap between historical firearm craftsmanship and modern airsoft technology. Based in Birmingham, UK, our workshop specializes in the high-fidelity recreation of historical wooden furnitures and components, ensuring that enthusiasts have access to parts that are as authentic as they are functional.

The Airsoft Shien Process: From 3D Scan to Finished Product
Unlike generic retailers, we are a true Product Development Startup. Every Airsoft Shien branded product begins with a meticulous technical process:

High-Resolution 3D Scanning: We source museum-grade, original historical components like Soviet era AK wooden furnitures, or Belgian FAL Stock sets to create precise digital twin meshes.
Precision CAD Design: Using advanced 3D modeling, we adapt historical geometries to fit modern airsoft platforms (including WE, VFC, and Tokyo Marui) while maintaining 1:1 external authenticity.

CNC Manufacturing: Our furniture kits are milled from authentic materials, such as our signature high-density Laminated Birch for our AK wood kits, ensuring the weight, grain, and durability of the original.

Authentic Finishes
We take pride in our specialized finishing techniques, including our signature "Tula Red" and "Izzy Brown" stains, which are applied by hand in our UK workshop to replicate the distinct aesthetic of the Cold War era.
Committed to Innovation
As a growing UK manufacturer, we are constantly expanding our library of scanned components and refining our CNC workflows. By combining traditional material science with modern digital manufacturing, Airsoft Shien is dedicated to keeping historical designs alive for the next generation of collectors and players.
